Team Pictures

Team pictures are on Saturday, December 9th from 9:00am - 3:00pm at LifePoint Church Gym.  207 Pilgrim Way,  Arroyo Grande.

Each player will receive a Memory Mate (individual photo and team photo on one sheet) and 4 wallet sized photos.  No order forms needed.  You may order more prints and products on the website.

Click here for Picture Day Schedule and complete info.

Referees

All referees are volunteers, and without them we would not be able to offer a first class basketball program. We will not tolerate parents/coaches/players disrespecting referees.  Anyone disrespecting referees will be asked to leave.

Gym Monitors

In the past we have hired gym monitors to set-up the gym before the first game, sweep during half-time & in-between games, keep games on schedule, and clean up after the last game.  This year, PARENTS & PLAYERS are the gym monitors.  First game of the day is responsible for getting out the large black totes,  setting up the score table with the scoreboard score keeper binder & possession arrow, and sweep during half-time & in-between games.  The Winning Team of the last game of the day is responsible for cleaning up the gym. Please pick up all trash left behind and pack up 5CYB Tote and put it away.  *This is not the responsibility of the referees and coaches.  We expect players and parents to be involved.

Score Keepers

Each team needs one volunteer at every game to keep score and run the clock.

Please look at the Sample Score sheet in the binder at the score table for an example of how to keep score.  Make sure all information is completely filled out.

Water Only In Gym

This rule is for players and parents.  No coffee, soda, sports drinks, food, etc.. in gyms. Water only!

Many teams enjoy a snack as part of their game.  We ask that you please distribute and enjoy your team's snacks OUTSIDE of the gym to help keep the gym clean.

Where is the Gym?

All 1st/2nd grade games are played at Pacific View Academy (PVA) and Mesa Middle School.

3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 7th/8th games will be played at Oceano Community Center (OCC), LifePoint Church,   Paulding Middle School.
